1. General Terms
These Terms apply to all users, whether booking via our website, app, or through our partner channels.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our services.
3. Aggregator Role Disclaimer
Wonder on Wheels acts as a travel service aggregator. We do not own or operate transportation vehicles directly.
We partner with third-party travel providers, vendors, and drivers to deliver travel services to customers.
We are not responsible for operational issues arising from third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control, but we ensure all partners meet strict quality and verification standards.
4. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability.
Accurate details (name, contact, pickup/drop location) must be provided at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (if required in advance).
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices are dynamic and may vary depending on distance, location, time, and vehicle type.
All charges must be paid in full as per the chosen payment mode (cash, UPI, cards, etc.).
We are not responsible for third-party payment gateway issues.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled trip.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
7. User Responsibilities
Users must behave respectfully with drivers and other passengers.
Damage to vehicles or misconduct will lead to penalties and possible service suspension.
Sharing incorrect info or engaging in fraud will result in termination of services.
8. Service Limitations
While we strive to provide reliable service, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or technical issues.
As an aggregator, we coordinate with service partners but cannot guarantee availability or punctuality in every region at all times.
9. Driver Conduct
All drivers are verified and trained professionals by our partner network.
Users are encouraged to report any misconduct or complaints to our support team immediately.
10. Data & Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use this data only to enhance service quality and for legitimate communication.
11. Limitation of Liability
Wonder on Wheels is not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings during travel
- Delays or cancellations beyond our control
- Indirect or consequential damages
Any claims or issues with third-party partners will be addressed jointly but liability rests with the actual service provider.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
