🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy – Wonder on Wheels Tours & Travels

1. Introduction

At Wonder on Wheels Tours & Travels, we aim to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness for both travelers and our service partners. As a travel service aggregator, we facilitate bookings with verified third-party providers, and the following policy applies to all bookings made through our platform.

2. Booking Cancellation by Customer

Airport Transfer Bookings:Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time with no penalty.

Outstation / Package Tours:

In rare cases, if our partner is unable to fulfill the trip due to unforeseen issues (vehicle breakdown, driver emergency, etc.), we will:

Eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or card).

Processing time: 2-4 working days depending on the payment provider.

Users will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is initiated.

Refunds will be credited in 5-7 business days.

5. Special Notes

Refund amount may be adjusted in cases where advance booking fees, service charges, or third-party costs are involved.

Partial cancellations (e.g., one-way on round trip) will be handled case-by-case depending on vendor rules.

Wonder on Wheels reserves the right to amend the refund percentage based on circumstances (accidents, delays, force majeure, etc.)

6. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unreachable or not present at the pickup location within 15–30 minutes of scheduled time (without prior notice), it may be treated as a no-show with no refund eligibility.
